1. THE GOAL
The Genie of the Lamp, as everyone knows, is the good spirit, which helps Aladdin to make every wish come true. We hope the name of Genie we chose as the title of our site, will simply help us to accomplish the wish of millions of people: to trade on the stock market obtaining gains and limiting the losses.
Anyway remember that everything you will find in this site should be considered as a suggestion and that “nobody is perfect”.
The purpose of this project is to succeed in executing rapid orders to sell or buy with small but numerous gains and, at the same time, saving the base capital from financial set-back.
Then what we propose is a list of “selected” shares and a method to operate.

2. THE TOOLS
In the member area of the site you will find a selected number of listed shares. In the first place you will find the shares which are next to a rise, according to our technical analysis. Moreover we will point out the days useful to operate with a limited risk of loss. The tables will be usually updated three times a day. The first time in the morning especially to adjust the week highest quotations; the second time just before 5 p.m. to verify the stocks ready to be bought and finally toward the closing bell to enable everyone to check the highest and lowest quotations for each share.

3. HOW TO
You have to buy one or more “selected” shares during the last 20 minutes of the session
It is very important to check the Wall Street indexes before any order to buy.
If the indexes in the meantime have reached a negative sign, it ‘s better to stop any transaction.
(This is only an advice but not a must)

Next morning you have three ways:

- The first (minimum risk) option is to sell them back before the opening session. Don't care about the price. If you gain, you gain, if you lose, the loss will be minimal. You have back the money ready to operate again.

- The second (small risk) option is to sell them back before the opening session, fixing the selling price to the equivalent of the buying price plus the commission fee and the other trade fees.

- The third (more risk) option is to sell them back before the opening session, fixing the selling price to the highest weekly value pointed out by the Genie tables (WEEK MAX).

As the value changes every day, the update early in the morning gives the possibility of verifying and keeping in mind the peaks to realise in selling the stock you have bought in advance. On the other hand if you want to realise a trade faster and safer you have to refer to the update of late session.

About pre-market sales:
Suppose you have bought 1000 shares at the end of the session at $8 per share (having bought after at least one negative session and having selected shares first in the list of Genie) and that the price is the one quoted in the last ten / fifteen minutes of the session;

supposing as well you have to pay 10$ as commission trade;

then, the following morning, just from 8.30 to 9.15 you will pass your sales limit order at the price of purchasing level plus the commission. So that you will secure the cost recovery.

At that point there are two possibilities:

a) the stock at the open doesn't reach the level you have set.
Consequently the order is not executed and you have to decide either to hold or to reduce the position according to the market trend.

b) the stock will be worth more than the price you have set and will reach the price of $ 8,4. At this point (at 9,20 a.m.when the market is still closed) your order will be executed at the book price, obtaining a net return of 4,56%.

Remember the most important rule: when selling it is important to set the price level equal to the weekly highest (WEEK MAX in our tables). It’s better to achieve a modest return but having the possibility of a reposition.

As you can see the System allows you to choose by yourself on the basis of two criteria:
a) the share : on the base of the expected rate of return.
b) the System: on the base of the level of risk to take.

The final decision is yours, so act only after careful thought !!!.

4. THREE WORKING MODELS

It is important to take into consideration that the System is made up of three models to be adopted according to the propensity to risk which is different for each of us.
a) low risk mode: you should buy after two negative sessions and resell on the next pre-market session at best.

b) medium risk mode: you buy after only one negative session and resell as in the previous case or wait and resell when the stock price has reached the highest weekly price as reported in the Genie tables -WEEK MAX- (the value is changing every day and is very important to check it before trading).

c) Higher risk mode: this is a way of acting suitable for very active people. You buy during the downtrend and resell on the next pre-market session without limit of price. In this case the losses you could sustain will result very small in confront of the earnings. By the way you mantain the availability of the capital ready for further dealings.

To the beginners: first try with the mode a) and when aquainted you can use all the methods whith familiarity. Think twice and it's all right (pardon me, Bob).


5. USEFUL SUGGESTIONS

According to our System it’s not so much important that the purchasing price will be the lowest of the session but the nearest to the end level, even if it looks strange. But it is important to anticipate the next morning rally. Moreover, in order to avoid the trading of stocks which have restricted market, everyday, in updating the tables, the System automatically discharges the stocks who are too "thin".
Finally, do not invest all the capital available in one single operation. Diversify the investments. And do not go after big earnings but be satisfied with small numerous rewards.

6. DIRECTION AND CAUTIONS
We have monitored the System for a long period with success before submitting it to you. Our purpose is to suggest a strategy of trading but we cannot assume any responsability about the results.
The System is as important as are the Tables we submit every day. These two items compose the “ilGeniodellaLampada”.
